Pineapple Diet to Lose 5 Kg in 3 Days

Breakfast :

Two slices of pineapple and one slice of bread. By midmorning, drink a glass of natural, homemade pineapple juice. Boil the pineapple for 20 minutes. Then, let it sit. Strain it. Your drink is ready.

Lunch :

For lunch, eat 200 grams of chicken breast, seasoned with a little mustard. Add a few pinches of salt.

Dessert: Three slices of pineapple.

Snack: Non-fat yogurt

Dinner :

Eat a vegetable puree, with carrot, leek and asparagus. You can add lettuce salad and a little chicken.

Dessert: Three slices of pineapple.

If you like, you can substitute the chicken with fish. Follow this menu for all three days.

Don’t do intense exercises during these 3 days, because you will not have the necessary energy.
